Theory:
You click on BUY NOW and are put through to PayPal. You can pay either by credit card or PayPal account (if you have/want one). You complete your payment and click on RETURN TO MERCHANT; our friends at PayPal put you through to the download page.
Praxis:
If the moon is in the seventh house and Jupiter aligns with Mars, PayPal may put you through to the download page. It may, on the other hand, accept your payment and send you to some unrelated page or nowhere. Or it may decline to accept payment altogether on the pretext that Certificate ID Not Recognized.
